Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging KS3–KS4 Maths lessons across secondary settings.
Adapt existing high-quality resources to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners.
Motivate and inspire pupils to develop essential mathematical skills and enjoy learning.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports progress and good behaviour.
Work collaboratively with school staff and Milk Education to ensure a consistent, well-sequenced curriculum experience for pupils.
Requirements:
MUST have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential for this role.
Strong knowledge of the KS3–KS4 Maths curriculum.
Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (ECTs welcome).
Excellent behaviour management skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Ability to build strong rapport with students and staff.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
