This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, organised, and passionate about working with young people across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will supervise classes during the short-term absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and complete the work set. You will provide guidance, manage behaviour effectively, and promote a positive learning environment in line with the school's values and policies.
