The Role

We’re looking for an Operational Support team member to join our South Island operations. This is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll provide both administrative and operational support to keep our transport division running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our managers, drivers, and wider team to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a “Safety First” culture.


What You’ll Do

* Support operational managers with admin and compliance tasks.
* Monitor driver records, safety checks, and training compliance.
* Keep systems, logs, and reports up to date.
* Help foster a positive, supportive team environment.


What We’re Looking For

* Strong organisational and admin skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Logistics or H&S knowledge is a plus (but training provided).
