Shipping and Export Administrator
Location: Clevedon
Contract: Ongoing
Pay rate: £16.50 per hour PAYE
* Ensure compliance to shipping and export procedures/regulations
* Ensure department ships all systems, upgrades and spares on a daily basis
* Liaise with shippers on a daily basis to ensure they have availability to meet our shipping requirements
* Support with coordinating the calibration process
* In collaboration with dispatch keep track of systems in offsite storage so Customers can be notified what products are waiting
* Flag any cost issues at shipping and chase resolution
Will need to be Aviation secure so will need to be able to provide 5 years of references
