We are now very excited to grow that team further by hiring an ITAM Analyst to provide support to the SAM consultancy team.
What will you be doing?
* Assist in the delivery of projects of all sizes and independently manage small to medium projects under the supervision of an ITAM Consultant or Senior ITAM Consultant.
* Provide day-to-day support to senior team members, including data manipulation, processing, and reporting.
* Gain proficiency in the License Dashboard Platform (following training) and demonstrate competency in its use.
* Contribute to the delivery of Managed Services, ensuring service levels and client expectations are consistently met.
* Import and maintain license entitlement and inventory data with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Deliver high-quality support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction at all times.
* Request and track license entitlement information for team members, ensuring timely receipt and processing.
* Provide administrative support as required and take ownership of ad-hoc project tasks when assigned.
* Proactively identify and flag potential sales opportunities for License Dashboard and Phoenix Software.
* Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.

What are we looking for?
This is a role suitable for a recent graduate who is looking for their first role in IT. You will likely have a degree in something analytical like Computer Science or Mathematics and will be able to showcase your analytical and problem solving ability.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Degree in an analytical subject such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar.
* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data accurately.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with internal and external customers.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team.
* Willingness and ability to learn ITAM tools (e.g., License Dashboard, ServiceNow, Snow) with full training provided.
* Proactive attitude, with the confidence to identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate appropriately.
* Basic understanding of IT environments, hardware, software, and licensing desirable.
* Flexibility to take on administrative duties and adapt to evolving business and project needs.

Where is the role based?
Primary location is our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) with 3-4 days per week in the office expected.
How many interviews?
Following a screen with the Recruitment Team you can expect a two-stage interview process, one online and one in-person.
