We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Experienced Polishers within our Operations department.
In a nutshell, you will be responsible for:
Polishing components to a high standard, following procedures, and maintaining quality by reporting issues and doing routine checks. You'll also communicate effectively, ensure safety, and keep your work area tidy. It's a detail-oriented role with a focus on quality and efficiency.
What you are already great at:
* Responsible for the polishing of components to the high-quality standard required by the company.
* Ensure all work is undertaken by any work instructions/procedures.
* Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are completed as required.
* Report any quality issues/concerns to the team leader.
* Carry out routine maintenance when required.
* Notify the team leader of consumable items that are out of stock.
* Maintain good communications and relationships throughout the company.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and make suggestions for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
* Maintain a clean, safe working environment and good housekeeping standards and ensure 5S standards are maintained.
