English focused Teaching and Learning Associate

8.30am to 4.30pm - Mon to Fri
Full Time / Term Time only
Assigned to your degree subject department- to cover supervise within the department with the guidance of by the subject lead and deputy heads.
Provide in class support, and support accordingly to EHCP students within the class
Leading your own form group of upto 20 - 25 students, holding responsibility for their enhancement and academic growth.
Conducting attendance and registration checks, and responsible as the point of contact for form group and their parents.
Under the guidance of the SENCO, contribute to setting individual targets and to the review of those targets. Attend and contribute to meetings to review students' progress, and contribute to written reports
The school offers internal and external training, with opportunities for teacher training also after 1 year as a Teaching and Learning Associate

Experience working with children in a school setting.
