Responsibilities
* Applications for payment
* Identify, notify and price change
* Managing cost control and financial aspects of key projects
* Providing expert advice on contractual claims and final accounts
* Conducting new award / contract reviews
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
Qualifications
* Degree qualified in a relevant construction, engineering or property discipline
* Proven experience in quantity surveying, minimum 3+ years post-degree experience
* Must have NEC3 / 4 contract experience
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word / Excel / Outlook / Teams)
Salary / Benefits
* £40,000 - £55,000 dependant on level of experience plus package including :
