Senior Research Executive / Research Manager - Cardiff based Research Agency
Hybrid, 3 office days a week
£35–45,000 depending on experience + good benefits
A fantastic opportunity to join a well-regarded, employee-owned research consultancy based in the heart of Cardiff. With strong Welsh roots and an expanding UK presence, this influential team delivers meaningful research across government, public, social and commercial sectors from informing policy and evaluating campaigns to exploring consumer behaviour and tracking brand health.
As a client-facing, curious and commercially minded Senior Research Executive or Research Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business. Leading projects end-to-end across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, you will work from initial brief right through to insight delivery that genuinely shapes decisions.
No two days look the same here. You might be designing a quant survey for public health client in the morning, moderating a focus group with young people about social issues in the afternoon, followed by presenting findings to senior stakeholders the next day. It’s a role that’s genuinely varied and stretching! A number of projects are delivered bilingually, so Welsh language skills are a bonus but by no means a requirement.
You will be able to get stuck in across the full mix of agency life: writing proposals, supporting new business development and building lasting relationships with a diverse client base. As an employee-owned business, your voice counts as everyone has a genuine stake in where the company goes next.
You'll bring hands-on experience across both quantitative and qualitative research, gained in an agency environment, with a proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish. Sharp analytical skills, natural curiosity and the ability to build strong relationships will set you apart.
