Roles & Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with their academic tasks and understanding of subjects.
* Assist the class teacher with daily classroom management and lesson preparation.
* Help students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they can access the curriculum and participate fully.
* Promote positive behaviour and a safe, respectful environment for all students.
* Supervise students during activities, breaks, and outings, prioritising their safety and well-being.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 months of experience in a Teaching Assistant role or similar school-based position.
* A genuine passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a positive impact on their education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
* A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to your work.
* The legal right to work in the UK and a valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
