Overview

Job Vacancy: Customer Advisor – Contact Centre

1. Location: Office-based, Newcastle
2. Salary: £22,000 basic, with an OTE of £30,000 per year (uncapped)
3. Hours: 40 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the world-class experience they expect from our brands while collaborating with our dealership sales and aftersales teams to drive bookings, appointments, and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

4. Coordinate service, MOT, and maintenance bookings, engaging with customers to secure repeat business and uncover opportunities.
5. Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as customer sales enquiries via email and live chat, ensuring swift and professional responses.
6. Build strong, relationships with customers while adhering to all brand and manufacturer standards.
7. Maximise efficiency and deliver a seamless customer journey using Lookers’ technology platforms.

9. Strong teamworking abilities, alongside effective organisation and time management.
10. Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Working Hours

Our Contact Centres operate:

14. Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
15. Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
16. Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Shifts are scheduled on a rota basis, with any changes communicated at least one month in advance. Weekend working is required for two weekends per month.
