New opportunity for a commercially minded property solicitor looking to move in‑house for a hands‑on role, supported by a Senior Solicitor. Applications are invited from UK qualified solicitors from 3PQE upwards.
About the Business
We’re working with a highly active and entrepreneurial property business with a diverse UK-wide portfolio spanning retail, industrial, and office assets. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint another Property Solicitor to support their fast‑paced internal functions.
Responsibilities
* Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, assignments, and variations
* Handling landlord & tenant matters
* Supporting acquisitions and disposals across a national portfolio
* Advising on title issues and general portfolio management
* Assisting with refinancing and secured lending transactions
* Supporting asset management and redevelopment projects
