Overview of Role:
Working closely with our Creator Partnerships Manager, and as part of our Partnerships Team, this role will work across a variety of UGC/micro-creator projects and retainers and across all core social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, to deliver outstanding work for our client across organic and paid social.
The ideal candidate will be organised, personable, have strong attention to detail and great communication skills, as well as have a keen interest and understanding of social-first content and what performs.
Responsibilities
* Developing and launching campaigns for UGC Creators across organic and paid social channels.
* Sourcing creators to produce social-first content for our clients' social channels.
* Nurturing relationships not only with clients but with content creators too.
* Actively contributing to the ideation of concepts and reviewing content delivered to us.
* Supporting the Creator Partnerships Manager with the management of the end-to-end creator process - from sourcing, briefing, approvals, relationships management, etc.
Experience and Knowledge:
* This role is suitable as an entry-level role or for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, eg in Influencer Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
* Experience in a similar role within an agency environment is an advantage, but not a requirement.
* Genuine passion for social media and influencer/creator marketing.
Skills and Competencies:
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary Guideline:
£24,000 - £27,000
