Administrator North Tyneside Permanent, Full-Time | Salary: £22,250 We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a legal environment and develop their career. What you will be doing: Opening and closing client files. Managing client meeting diaries and appointments. Scanning and uploading documents, including signed wills. Registering wills with the National Will Register. Inputting data into legal systems. Preparing documents for fee earner meetings, including printing and binding. Running basic compliance checks, such as AML. Ordering reports, valuations, and Land Registry documents. Ensuring all documents are ready in advance of client meetings. What we are looking for: Some administrative experience. Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable. Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
