Are you passionate about lighting solutions and looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a leading European manufacturer? We provide innovative lighting products and solutions to clients across multiple sectors.



About the Role



We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our UK team, reporting to the UK Country Manager.



Responsibilities



* Manage and grow an existing portfolio of Key Accounts.
* Strengthen client relationships by offering tailored solutions, advice on new products, services, and market trends.
* Define and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the UK Country Manager, taking ownership of assigned Key Accounts’ turnover.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially in the specification channel and hospitality sector.
* Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and installers within your network.
* Oversee project management and development to ensure successful implementation.


Qualifications



* Highly motivated, self-starter with a proven track record in specification sales and project-based work.
* Demonstrable experience in the UK lighting market, with strong knowledge of the distribution structure.
* Established relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting designers, and contractors.
* Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, particularly in hospitality and office segments.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills with a strong customer service orientation.
* Goal-driven, with the ability to generate added value for clients.
* Technical knowledge and an appreciation of lighting design.
* Willingness to travel occasionally to Europe (headquarters in Barcelona) and international trade shows.


Required Skills



* Proven track record in specification sales and project-based work.
* Strong knowledge of the UK lighting market and distribution structure.
* Established relationships with key industry professionals.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Technical knowledge of lighting design.
* Experience in hospitality and office segments.
* Ability to generate added value for clients.
* Willingness to travel for business purposes.
