Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support, coaching and therapeutic intervention to young people to develop skills and achieve goals
* Create and implement individualised treatment plans bespoke to each young persons needs
* Regular supervision (once every half term) offered as a part of the contact, these are
necessary to attend and there for support
* Complete required admin with the closure of each case in a timely manner - Maintain a professional relationships with all contacts within the educational setting
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for each individual
Experience:
* Candidate should hold a therapeutic qualification (therapist/counselling/coaching) and be willing to take on extra in house training if necessary
* 2 Years Experience working with young people is preferred (even if not in a therapeutic
context)
* We offer lots of support, however ideal candidate should be comfortable and confident
working on their own
