Teaching Assistant SEND – KS2 Fareham

Contract: Long-term with the potential to become permanent
Salary: £85 – £95 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: Fareham

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting children with diverse needs
* Providing 1:1 or small group support where required.
* Possibly providing personal or medical care at times which you will have additional training in
* Assisting teaching staff with adapting learning resources to suit individual needs.
* Encouraging students to build independence, confidence, and resilience.
* Supporting the smooth running of the classroom and fostering a positive learning environment.
