Crawley (London Gatwick Airport area)
Pay Rates:
* £12.71 per hour
* Overtime: £19.07
* Bank Holidays: £25.42
Shift Pattern:
* Early shift: 06:00 - 15:00
* Rotating schedules: 5 on / 3 off or 4 on / 2 off (includes weekends)
* Must be flexible to work both rota patterns
Start Date:
* Immediate starts available once airport security clearance is completed.

What You'll Do as Packaging & Production Specialist
* Assembling and packing products in line with company standards
* Using production and packing equipment safely and efficiently
* Carrying out quality checks on finished items
* Labelling, sealing, and preparing goods for distribution
* Keeping work spaces clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
* Assisting with stock control, including storage and rotation
* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
