The Opportunity
A leading law firm based in Plymouth is seeking a highly skilled Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor to join its renowned team, recognised for its specialisms and widely regarded as a market leader.
The Role
The successful candidate will work within the Dispute Resolution team as the firm’s specialist in contentious trust and probate matters. The role is varied, involving support for the Wills, Trusts, and Probate team on disputes as they arise. Occasionally, assistance may also be required on general commercial disputes, providing a broad and stimulating caseload.
The Candidate
The ideal applicant will be an experienced Solicitor with ACTAPS membership, capable of managing a busy caseload while demonstrating a strong track record of winning and developing client business. Key qualities include drive, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and proficient in IT and case management systems.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
Remuneration: Competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications
