Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a large, international professional services business based in Leeds.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant looking to build a long‑term career within a well‑structured finance function. The role offers strong exposure to management accounting, clear progression pathways, and full study support towards CIMA or ACCA.
The role:
Reporting into a Finance Manager, key responsibilities will include:
1. Production of monthly management accounts
2. Preparation and posting of accruals, prepayments and journals
3. Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
4. Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
5. Assisting with month‑end close and reporting deadlines
6. Working with stakeholders across the wider business to provide financial insight
The ideal candidate
7. Part‑qualified (or newly qualified) CIMA or ACCA
8. Experience in management accounting or month‑end reporting
9. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
10. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, professional environment
11. Ambitious and keen to progress within a larger organisation
Salary & benefits
12. Salary of £45,000 - £50,000
