Job Description
We’re looking for a Junior Admin Support professional to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and detail-oriented who enjoys supporting processes and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the consistency and quality of our recruitment operations - from CV formatting and interview coordination to maintaining data accuracy and compliance across our systems.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Administration & Coordination
* Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team.
* Support the for recruitment activities, ensuring that all documentation and data are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
* Format CVs and candidate profiles to align with Amber Labs’ quality and branding standards.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
* Manage system access for new starters and team members.
* Assist in preparing reports and dashboards (e.g. time-to-hire, source effectiveness, interview ratios).
Quality Assurance & Data Accuracy
* Maintain data quality and compliance across systems (e.g. updating candidate status, checking for errors or inconsistencies).
* Conduct regular QA checks on data integrity, missing information, or misclassified stages.
* Help document and improve recruitment workflows and standard operating procedures.
* Ensure GDPR compliance across all recruitment activity.
Tools, Systems & Support
* Act as a superuser for ATS and workflow tools (Breezy, Monday.com, MS Office).
* Help with system updates, user access, and troubleshooting.
* Support training and onboarding for new TA team members on recruitment tools and processes.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in administration, coordination, or recruitment support preferred (internship or entry-level experience welcome).
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* A doer who is proactive, uses initiative, and can work independently when needed.
* Confident communicator both written and verbal.
* A collaborative team player, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable using MS Office, and nice-to-have experience with tools such as Monday.com and Breezy (or similar ATS/CRM systems)
