Experience and Qualifications
* Proven experience in school business management or senior operations roles
* Strong financial literacy with experience managing large budgets
* Understanding of HR processes, payroll, H&S, and compliance
* Ability to lead multiple teams and drive continuous improvement
* Professional qualifications (AAT, CIPFA, HR qualifications, CSBM/DSBM) desirable
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
