Job Description
At Home Instead, we are seeking dedicated Care Professionals to provide high-quality care services to clients in Fowey and the surrounding villages.
As a Care Professional, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing compassionate and professional care during client visits (minimum 1-hour duration).
* Preparing nutritious meals that clients will enjoy eating.
* Assisting clients with household organisation the way they like.
* Administering medication reminders and helping with tasks such aswashing and dressing.
* Engaging in meaningful conversations and providing emotional support to clients.
* Accompanying clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Planning and implementing appropriate activities to promote clients' well-being and cognitive stimulation.
* Managing time effectively to maintain a consistent and reliable care schedule.
