Key Responsibilities
1. Support pupils with diverse needs including SEN, EAL (English as an Additional Language), and behavioral challenges
2. Promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils across classroom and extracurricular activities
3. Assist in planning and delivering differentiated learning activities
4. Use ICT to support learning and help pupils develop independence
5. Provide clerical and administrative support (, photocopying, filing, liaising with external agencies)
6. Monitor pupil progress and contribute to reviews and reports
Skills & Qualities
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Patience, empathy, and adaptability
9. Ability to follow safeguarding and behavior management policies
10. Experience working with children or young people in educational settings is highly valued
Qualifications
11. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is often preferred
12. Training in SEN, safeguarding, or behavior support is advantageous
