Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, creative, and forward-thinking learning professional to design and develop training curricula and content.
Key responsibilities include employing Instructional Design methodologies to create self-paced eLearning programs, designing corporate sales and/or software product training, and utilizing eLearning tools such as Articulate for content development. The role requires strong project management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment, along with excellent communication skills and teamwork.
Qualifications
1. BS or MA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
2. Experience in Instructional Design
3. Preferably, experience with corporate sales and/or software product training or similar industry
4. Advanced knowledge of multimedia authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise
5. Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and learning management systems
