SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-on-one tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Implement effective teaching strategies to support students' academic progress Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in students' education Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of different learning styles and abilities Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Working Conditions: Part-time hours, flexible schedule Work with students in various locations such as schools, homes, or community centres Collaborate with other education professionals to support students' learning All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
