What you will be doing: In this exciting role at The Farndon Unit, a site which provides services across low secure, rehabilitation and acute inpatient settings for women with Mental Health and personality disorder diagnoses., each day brings different challenges and experiences. Working 14.87 hours per week along side the reception team your key responsibilities will be welcoming all visitors in a friendly manner, co-ordinating the office diary for meetings and events and efficiently handling telephone calls, emails and post. Ensuring the safety and security of service users, staff and visitors is a top priority. Our combination of low secure wards and a rehabilitation ward area (also within the low secure perimeter) provide a seamless internal care pathway supporting and empowering patients in their recovery and rehabilitation prior to discharge.
