As part of their continued expansion, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their senior operations team. Youll play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery across a portfolio of high-value electrical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:
* Oversee and manage the financial aspects of assigned projects, including cost control, budgeting, and reporting.
* Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Subcontractors to monitor and manage costs.
* Provide accurate and timely financial updates to Senior Management.
* Administer and manage design and build electrical utilities construction contracts.
* Lead progress meetings, review financial milestones, and manage contractual instructions or claims.
* Ensure all works meet relevant legislative, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
Skills & Experience:
* Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor (MRICS preferred).
* Proven experience in construction, ideally within electrical utilities, HV/LV, or ICP environments.
* Strong commercial and financial management skills.
* Excellent understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and health & safety practices.
* Competent in Microsoft Office and internal cost tracking or finance systems.
* Methodical, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.
