We are looking for a hands-on and organised Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of our digital marketing channels, including the website, email marketing, social media, and organic search performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing content creation with performance monitoring, and who can translate technical product information into clear, engaging marketing content. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Creative Lead, and internal technical teams to ensure our digital presence stays active, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
The key responsibilities:
Digital Channel & Website Management
* Manage day-to-day updates and content on the company website, including pages, products, case studies, and technical resources
* Ensure all website content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand messaging
* Monitor key website metrics and site health, performance and usability, flagging issues and improvement opportunities
Content Creation & Management
* Create and manage a range of content including case studies, press releases, award submissions, social media posts, advertorials, and editorial content
* Work closely with the technical team to gather accurate product, specification, and compliance information
* Translate technical and product information into clear, engaging marketing content
* Support brand visibility through PR, editorial opportunities, and award submissions
Social Media
* Plan and deliver the social media content calendar
* Manage posting, engagement, and performance across platforms
* Use insights to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation
Email Marketing
* Create and manage email campaigns
* Maintain and organise email lists in line with company processes
* Support testing, scheduling, and reporting of email activity
SEO & Website Optimisation
* Own the SEO action plan and priority improvements, including page titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking
* Monitor technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes with developers or external support
* Track target keywords and report on ranking changes
* Monitor website performance and search rankings using analytics and SEO tools
* Support technical and content updates to improve search visibility and user experience
* Work with the Head of Marketing to implement SEO improvements and best practices
Analytics & Reporting
* Track performance across website, email, social media, and content campaigns
* Produce regular digital performance reports
* Highlight trends, insights, and areas for improvement
* Recommend and implement simple optimisation actions based on performance data
Campaigns, Events & Marketing Support
* Execute digital elements of marketing campaigns across website, email, social and content channels
* Assist with marketing activity around exhibitions, events, and promotions through relevant content and communications
* Support the preparation of marketing materials where required
* Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels
What we are looking for:
Essential:
· Experience managing digital marketing channels (website, social media, email)
· Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content
· Confident working with technical information and turning it into marketing content
· Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimisation
· Highly proficient in using analytics tools to track performance and report on results
· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Desirable:
· Experience working in a manufacturing, construction, or technical product environment
· Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic website management
· Experience with email marketing platforms and audience segmentation
· Knowledge of SEO tools and keyword tracking
· Experience supporting PR activity, editorial submissions, or award entries
