Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager located in North London. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff position, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining health and safety standards, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The Shift Manager will also be responsible for training and developing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the store meets its financial targets.
