Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire multi-disciplinary engineering teams within a collaborative, digital-first environment
* Manage project delivery from concept through to commissioning, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality objectives
* Coordinate closely with procurement, construction, commissioning teams, and clients
* Embed health & safety considerations throughout all design and delivery stages
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to business growth
Candidate Requirements
* Degree-qualified Engineer with proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
* Strong background in design and build project delivery, ideally within the water sector
* Working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 Professional Services Contracts (PSC) and contract administration
* Familiarity with digital engineering tools and practices
* Demonstrated track record in delivering complex engineering projects
