Job title: Commercial Development Executive Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 Location: Leicester (Hybrid-Working) PURPOSE OF ROLE A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Development Executive to join a Global Insurance Broker. This role offers real progression opportunities for a skilled sales professional with a track record in building client relationships and converting new business opportunities. You will be benefit from a high level of back office support in this role, including receiving well qualified leads from a major bank, telesales support, and technical broking assistance - leaving you free to concentrate on client visits and winning business. Whilst previous commercial broking experience would be beneficial, it's not a prerequisite. if you thrive on building relationships and developing business within a Professional Services environment then this role could be perfect for you. SKILLS Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build strong client relationships Possess the gravitas to deal with a range of high-level directors and business owners Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks EXPERIENCE Proven track record of winning new business and working towards targets, ideally in a regulated, corporate industry Comfortable working towards sales targets Adept at building relationships in a client facing role QUALIFICATIONS Cert CII qualification (preferred but not essential) DAY TO DAY Developing ongoing sales pipeline.
