We are looking for a Private Client Advisor to join our London team. You will cultivate and develop meaningful and long lasting relationships with Les 100 Ciels clients, identify and convert prospects to develop your clientele book and offer exceptional client experience to our loyal clients. The role is sales orientated and requires strong entrepreneurial and business development skills.
As a Private Client Advisor you will be a key contributor to the growth Les 100 Ciels Clients through highly personalised, variety of engagement and selling activities and leveraging the technology in use.
In this role, your responsibilities and impact will evolve around the following:
Develop the Les 100 Ciels Client Portfolio by nurturing existing clients, reactivate lapsed clients and acquire high-value prospects by providing an exceptional experience.
Retain Les 100 Ciels Top clients by growing and maintaining relationships through curated animations and by leveraging event calendar relevant to your market.
Achieve and exceed individual & collective sales targets through personalised product recommendations and client sophistication.
Build a strong understanding of your client's preferences by creating qualitative client profiling.
Host regular in-store appointments and drive conversion on commercial events.
PROFILE

Solid experience in Luxury retail + distance selling
You have a record of accomplishment of being a top performer in your current role
Strong business acumen, understanding of client development and client experience
You are confident to communicate with VIPs and HNWI (high net worth individuals) – verbally and in written.

You can understand and interpret analytics into recommendations.
You are autonomous and have a solution driven mindset.
You are fluent in English and Arabic
