This role offers a unique opportunity to work across both freelance and employee payroll functions, supporting operational excellence and compliance. Your new role You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support across freelance and employee payroll processes. Key responsibilities include: Preparing weekly Purchase Orders for freelancers based on business inputs Assisting in evaluating freelancer tax status Tracking onboarding documentation via Shortlist Acting as the first point of contact for freelance payroll queries, escalating when necessary Supporting the Payroll Supervisor with monthly payroll preparation for SDWorx Conducting monthly reconciliations of payroll-related control accounts Producing ad hoc reports using Payroll, Integra, and Shortlist systems Participating in projects related to freelancer legislation and payroll process improvements What you'll need to succeed Experience in payroll administration, ideally with exposure to freelance and employee payroll Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Familiarity with systems such as SDWorx, Integra, and Shortlist (desirable) Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively across departments What you'll get in return Opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative environment Exposure to both freelance and employee payroll processes What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
