New Car Sales Manager – Premium Dealership

Salary: £50,000 basic | £85,000+ OTE
Richard Abson Group are working with a premium car dealership in Liverpool to recruit an experienced and motivated New Car Sales Manager.
This is a standout opportunity to join a high-performing site with strong stock levels, excellent support, and a team already achieving stretch targets.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will lead the New Car operation and play a key role in the overall performance of the dealership’s sales department. You’ll manage a successful team of 7 Sales Executives, driving results while maintaining the highest standards of customer experience and brand compliance.
You will be responsible for:
* Driving new car sales performance and profitability
* Supporting the sales team through coaching, structure, and daily leadership
* Ensuring adherence to manufacturer and brand standards
* Maximising finance penetration and manufacturer campaigns
* Managing customer experience and sales process compliance
* Working closely with the senior leadership team to deliver site-wide targets
You’ll also benefit from strong on-site support, including a dedicated Business Manager focused on deal structure and finance conversion, allowing you to concentrate on leadership, performance, and departmental strategy.
