The Work
You'll handle commercially focused property disputes with real variety:
* Landlord and tenant disputes (Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, Housing Acts)
* Dilapidations, lease terminations, break notices
* Possession proceedings
* Contract disputes and professional negligence claims
You'll run your own files, instruct counsel, attend court, and work closely with the firm's property, corporate, and private client teams to deliver joined-up advice.
This is substantive litigation work with genuine client ownership and commercial stakes.
About You
* 2-5 PQE in property litigation or broader civil litigation with strong property exposure
* Solid technical skills with a commercial, client-focused mindset
* Able to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* Keen to build your practice through networking and business development
* Team-oriented, collaborative, and genuinely ambitious
