Job Description Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories and process flows to drive improvements across the business. Define and document business processes, data flows, RACI models and system requirements to support business operation and transformation. Facilitate workshops, interviews and working sessions to gather, document and validate business requirements. Conduct gap analysis between current state and future state processes. Designing, leading and implementing new processes and solution updates. Partners closely with Product Owners, Process Owners and project teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, system requirements and the delivered change. Support User Acceptance Testing, development of training materials and change management activities. Advocate of the enterprise business process framework and building trusted business partner relationships.
