What you’ll bring: A natural ability to build trust and rapport with people from all walks of life. Confidence in handling sensitive situations, including safeguarding and welfare concerns. Experience (or a strong interest) in supporting individuals with complex needs. A collaborative mindset—comfortable working with social workers, health professionals, and other agencies. A commitment to keeping accurate records and delivering high-quality support. An Enhanced and Adult Barred List DBS check is required. Why join us?
