Everun is the leading provider of wind turbine asset management services in Northern Ireland, providing a range of services to the wind energy sector including turbine monitoring, maintenance and servicing, asset and financial management services and bespoke software monitoring tools developed in-house via a sister company. Due to continuing growth, we are now recruiting for additional Control Centre Operators to join our existing Control Centre team. This is a primarily office-based position with a requirement for strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills and an engineering mindset. Key Objectives The Control Centre Operator will play a key role in the proactive monitoring of new and existing assets including single site wind turbines, multi-turbine wind farms as well as a range of other projects: Once trained, you will use our bespoke software to monitor asset performance and faults, carry out remote diagnostics and where possible take remote action. You will schedule and dispatch engineers for both planned and reactive works Form an integral part of the on-call team rota (24/7 remote monitoring) Work closely with planning, installation & field engineering teams Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in a timely manner Play a key role in stock and resource planning for planned and reactive works Take full control of certain repair/maintenance projects, seeing them through from concept to completion As the Control Centre Operations team provides a 24/7 monitoring service applicants should be aware that there is an overnight on-call rota and weekend work is required. The role will operate on a 5/7 schedule. The Person: This role may suit an experienced technician or engineer seeking an office based role, or recent engineering graduate looking for their first step into the world of renewable energy.
