As a Governance Analyst supporting Cash Asset Management and the Reconciliations Utility, you will play a key role in the management of risk associated with Resiliency and Inter-Affiliate Services and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in stakeholder collaboration, adaptability, analytical & strategic thinking.
The Governance Team provides independent oversight with the objective of maintaining a robust control environment to support the operational processes involved with CAM & RU deliverables.
Job responsibilities
1. Oversee Inter-Affiliate Servicing engagements associated with CAM and RU processes, managing risk related to outsourcing.
2. Maintain IAS engagements, considering local outsourcing laws and regulatory requirements, monitoring service performance through scorecard completion, and identifying and escalating potential risks early.
3. Oversee Resiliency Plan strategies and dependencies, coordinate testing efforts, and support plan contacts with maintenance updates.
4. Coordinate during Resiliency incidents, support tracking and communication, assess impact, and oversee execution of activities to recover business services rapidly.
5. Advise operational leads and centralized governance contacts (Payment Operations Governance, Resiliency, Inter Affiliate Oversight, Outsourcing) to manage risk and efficiently adapt to changes in requirements.
6. Oversee frameworks to report and monitor adherence to internal policies and standards, highlight risks, and track project deliverables.
7. Contribute to planning and preparation of Governance Forum materials with thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and diligent tracking.
8. Control information by providing accurate and timely responses, as well as concise reporting to Senior Management, Payment Operations, and Control partners.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
13. Understanding of internal Firmwide policies and standards, preferably with experience in Resiliency and/or IAS Governance
