We are seeking to recruit a full time FIT Reservations Coordinator to join our growing team.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Consist Of
* Coordinating all correspondence both locally and overseas
* Handling reservations and quotations of incoming individual tourists
* Marketing the company both locally and overseas
* Handling VIP visits (such as any familiarisation and inspection visits) and assisting individual tourists with special requirements and / or complaints while on the island
Requirements
The prospective candidate is expected to be proficient in MS Office and able to correspond in English. Able to correspond in any other language would be considered an asset.
