Overview
Our client is a small, community-focused organisation based in North London, delivering a range of impactful services to the local community. They are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing and Events Assistant to join their small, tight-knit team on a permanent, part-time basis (24 hours per week / 3 days). The role is on-site.
Responsibilities
* Support with marketing and events administration, including assisting with the management of the internal communications calendar and ensuring all in-house communications are up to date.
* Assist the Events Coordinator with designing marketing and communication materials (including content creation) to promote events, and support the planning and delivery of those events.
* Help keep the organisation’s website updated and aligned with campaigns.
* Respond to emails and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
* Organised, proactive individual with experience providing administrative support within an events or social media team.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Good knowledge of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and Canva.
* Enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative and supportive team.
Additional Information
* Part-time role: 3 days per week (24 hours).
* Some evening and weekend work may be required to support events.
