Maintenance Manager - Responsibilities & Requirements
* Must have proven experience as a Maintenance Manager within a Manufacturing environment
* Deliver and manage the site maintenance plan, including PPM scheduling and execution
* Lead or support capex and improvement projects
* Experienced people manager with the ability to lead and develop engineering teams
* Manage contractors, service contracts, and external suppliers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
* Ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation and site standards
* Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance practices, safety standards, and safe working practices
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and HSE to deliver site objectives
* Demonstrable success improving planned maintenance, reducing downtime, and improving reliability metrics
* Must have strong communication skills and be a confident people manager with proven experience leading teams within a production environment
* Strong understanding of safe working practices, contractor control, and compliance
