Our client, a well-established and innovative manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to take ownership of quality operations across their site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and enhancing product and system standards while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
In this position, you’ll lead a small quality team, act as the main contact for customer and supplier quality matters, and work closely with senior management to ensure compliance with all relevant ISO standards.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Manage customer quality concerns, oversee complaint resolution, and coordinate improvement actions.

Support site Health & Safety initiatives
*
Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, and 45001.

Plan and conduct internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
*
Deliver quality training and produce performance reports.
*
Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment with business and compliance goals.

Proven background in quality management within a manufacturing environment
*
Strong understanding of ISO standards and lean methodologies
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
*
Competent user of Microsoft Office and quality management software
