About the role:
As a Housing and Support Assistant (Nights) at YMCA St Paul's Group, you will be a vital part of our Housing and Support team, providing exceptional housing and support services during night shifts. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, handling inquiries and offering tailored advice. Your role encompasses reception duties, first aid, fire marshal responsibilities, and health and safety, representing the welcoming face of YMCA St Paul's Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide high-quality interactions that leave a positive impression on residents and their support networks.
* Versatility: Manage reception tasks such as handling calls, mail, repairs, and payments, while ensuring building safety and security.
* Safety and Security: Act as first aider and fire marshal, conducting patrols and safety checks to maintain wellbeing and safety.
* Welcoming and Listening: Greet new residents, address complaints, manage reports of anti-social behaviour, and listen compassionately to residents and the public.
* Teamwork: Join a supportive team of housing advisors, contributing your expertise to make a positive impact.
