National Account Manager
Reporting to the Group Commercial Director and as a key member of our sales team, this role will be responsible for leading the interface between the business, our customers, and the achievement of company sales, share, revenue and profit goals. This is a demanding role which will require drive, ambition, and enthusiasm, combined with a high level of account management skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting and commercial awareness. Equally the ability to foster outstanding customer relationships. As a key aspect of this role will be the daily interaction with other functions within the business, applicants will need to demonstrate success in working as part of a cross functional team.
Key responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Manage current customer portfolio.
- Build & deliver sales growth to achieve company goals.
- Pricing & terms negotiation.
- Joint business planning
- General customer management.
- Attendance at sales exhibitions.
- Monthly forecasting.
Essential Candidate Criteria:
- Broad FMCG food sales experience.
- Commercially astute.
- Be able to collaborate and influence effectively
- A positive hands-on approach/can do attitude/team player

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Hybrid with travel to Hull/Rochdale/Customers
