Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Account Manager covering the UK, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, developing long-term client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning solutions with customer needs. The role involves building strategic partnerships, reporting sales activity to management, overseeing sales performance, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in national account management, client relationship building, and strategic planning.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills in a B2B environment.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools to manage accounts effectively.
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities efficiently, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setting.
* Familiarity with the catering and foodservice industry, particularly in disposable and sustainable packaging, is a plus.
* Possession of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required for on-site client meetings and business opportunities.
