As our business continues to grow, it’s increasingly important that our HR team does too. We are looking for a Pay and Reward Administrator to join our UKI HR Team. This is an integral 360 role, providing efficient and high-level support in the administration of the day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced role where you will need to use your initiative, think on your feet and push things forward.

What You'll Do:
* Provide guidance on the payroll system and answer queries on payroll
* Ensure all reports are correctly generated such as P60s, P45s, etc.
* Calculation and submission of P11Ds
* Ensure compliance with National Minimum Wage legislation
* Record-keeping to ensure compliance with auditors and government legislation
* Process court orders ensuring the corresponding deductions are made
* Support HR BPs and Admin with holiday/maternity/paternity/sickness payment and reporting.
* Administer pension, health, and other benefit contributions, including monitoring pension calculation, caps, and maintaining salary sacrifice arrangements.
* Own all critical local payroll processes such as managing UK and Ireland payroll and tax compliance, reviewing country-specific payroll returns, tax returns, online filings with tax authorities, pension, health, and other benefit contributions and reporting, and reconciling payroll liability payments, etc.
* Manage all payroll-related vendors, ensure compliance in all areas of payroll including internal control work, and works directly with employees to resolve outstanding payroll inquiries
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times related to compensation.
* Support Global expansion and implementation for a global payroll system.
Who You Are:
* Payroll Administration experience in a fast-paced environment
* Working knowledge of Payroll practices and HMRC legislation.
* Knowledge of payroll systems (ADP iHCM system desirable but not a necessity)
* Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
* Outstanding organisational, time management and decision-making skills.
* Accuracy and attention to detail are key in this role, you need to be on top of your game!
* Some understanding of tax processes and procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Solid communication skills both written and verbal
* Technology savvy and process driven with a keen interest in automation
* High level of resourcefulness and strong team player
* Ability to multi-task is essential, with a keen sense of priorities and sense of urgency.
* Competent with Excel spreadsheets.
