We are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning practice based in Braintree that are looking for a Paraplanner to join their team, focusing on providing a high quality financial planning and investment management service. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Paraplanner to support the business. You will be working in a strong team-focused environment where you can develop your career within a prestigious firm.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
1. Preferably level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards the qualification
2. Keen to progress towards Chartered status
3. Analytical and intuitive nature
4. Works well in a team
5. Has a desire to achieve great client outcomes
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
7. Highly organised, self-motivated and disciplined
8. Familiar with cashflow planning. Working with Truth software would be preferred but not a prerequisite.
Duties
Duties to include:
9. Working alongside the team of planners to deliver a highly personalised holistic financial planning service
10. Analysing client data, creating cashflow models, and writing up Lifestyle Financial Plans
11. Research and analysis
12. Report writing
13. Attend client meetings and communicate with clients directly
14. Ensure all regulatory and compliance standards are met
15. Contribute to the ongoing development of best practices and processes within the team.
