Working hours: 7:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday (1hr lunch break) 9hrs paid per day Weekly PAYE JOB DUTIES Shuttering/ Mould Joiner Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications for precast components. Build, assemble and dismantle shuttering and moulds using timber, steel and formwork systems. Set out moulds accurately to required dimensions, tolerances and finishes. Install cast-in items such as rebates, block-outs, chamfers, fixings and lifting anchors. Adjust and repair moulds to ensure repeated use and consistent quality. Ensure moulds are clean, square, sealed and prepared for casting. Work closely with steel fixers and precast operatives to ensure reinforcement fits correctly within moulds. Carry out quality checks prior to concrete pours. Follow all health & safety procedures within the manufacturing facility. Support continuous improvement of mould designs and production efficiency Must be capable on reading drawings and setting moulds out CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees) Weekly PAYE EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years experience as a shuttering carpenter Must have a Valid CSCS Card Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
